SAME DAY DISPATCH/NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 8AM ON THE SAME DAY 

For next day Dispatch , please make sure your order is placed before 8pm Monday - Friday.

Please allow up to 1more business days for orders placed after this time to be processed and shipped. This does not include major holidays or bank holidays.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out.                                

Lost, Delayed, Stolen & Missing Parcels

We DO NOT issue refunds or replace delayed, lost or missing parcels.

After 5 - 10 days of non receipt of your parcel, you are more than welcome to make a claim on Royal Mail’s website . You can do this by providing the tracking number and and proof of payment for your item/s.

 We are not responsible for packages lost by Royal Mail or stolen packages.

All items are dispatched by Royal Mail. based on items weighing 2kg or less. Parcels weighing more than 2kg will be dispatched by Parcel Force.   Postage calculated at checkout. 

If your order is over £50 we recommend that you choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option for compensation purposes.
